Formed in 1998 in the Swiss countryside near Geneva by childhood friends Reverend Seb and Igor Gonzola, Hateful Monday stands as one of Switzerland's longest-running punk rock acts with a solid presence on the international scene. Over their 25-year journey, they've released more than 10 records and played shows across Europe, North America, and Asia, sharing bills with notable names like Bad Religion, NOFX, Sum 41, Hot Water Music, and The Toy Dolls. Through consistent dedication, they've carried the torch for fast, melodic punk rock with genuine passion.
Now, Hateful Monday launches their skatepunk sound toward the cosmos, offering listeners a journey that balances thoughtful introspection with the vastness of the infinite. This Swiss quartet, respected within the skatepunk community, returns with The Great Nothing – a record that's both ambitious and energetic.
